Depends: If a kid is truly growth hormone deficient by test, artificial hormone can return them to a normal growth rate. Those who are just behind, but growing at a normal rate, could speed things up with hormone injections, but would not grow taller than they would have naturally. If they are growing normally, a balanced diet, rest and exercise permit normal growth. No diet or supplements boost the final.

Dont try: You don't really want to increase growth hormone. Serious consequences can arise. Previous studies were stopped due to serious side effects of increasing growth hormone levels.

Not challenging: Depending upon the etiology of the low pituitary issues, the gland may improve functionally, but could conceivably could also slightly deteriorate over time. Yet by checking pituitary reserve blood studies, determinations of hormonal needs can be adjusted and stabilized. Anticipate that your doctors will stay ahead of this and modify your therapies, prn, and instruct when to phone.
