i might not have osteoarthritis but i do have arthritis and carpal tunnel any info between those 2 to handle it myself with no meds but creams etc.

Carpal tunnel: Diclofenac cream is an anti inflammatory that can be prescribed by your doctor. Try to preform stretching exercise of the wrist s where you move them in extension to stretch the flexor tendons that are usually contracted when we type or grip. Good luck
