Full exam: You should visit your physician for a careful history and full exam. First of all, you may need a pregnancy test. Second of all, you need some lab tests because you may have signs of hypothyroidism. Thirdly, your medications list two antidepressants, an SSRI and SNRI, are you only on one? A physician needs to speak with you in person and examine you. Good luck.
