woke up in the middle of the night with a bad bloody nose. swallowed a lot of blood and feel nauseous and have a headache now. what should i do?

Rest: Get some ice over your nasal bridge and lay down. Rest and try to relax. Your blood pressure may have been up if you have a headache though you are very young. Check your blood pressure out and then monitor it for s few reasons. If symptoms occur again see your doctor
