i was supposed to have my period on the 20th, instead i spotted very very lightly for three days then nothing. i have all the signs of pregnancy. i tested positive on three tests. now i'm bleeding like a regular period.

Miscarriage : Spontaneous abortion, or miscarriage, is defined as a clinically recognized pregnancy loss before the 20th week of gestation. Spontaneous abortion is the most common complication of early pregnancy, occurring in 8 to 20% of clinically recognized pregnancies.

Should not bleed : Bleeding during pregnancy may be common but it is not normal and should always be evaluated by your doctor. Your tests are positive indicating you are pregnant. The bleeding must be evaluated
