is lactose/dairy free coconut milk okay for crohn's patients?

Dr. Anthony Depalma

Yes: Coconut water/milk is lactose free. Sometimes malabsorption is a problem with dairy in Crohn's but if you have no gas, bloating, or diarrhea with coconut milk then you're in the clear.
