I spilled scalding hot soup on my inner thighs and it wont stop burning its been 30 min it red swollen and my skin is peeling in some areas plz help?

Hopefully you have: done the basics: remove clothes covering the burn, treat with cool running water. No creams, ointments, etc as these may increase likelihood of infection. Try to leave open to air, but keep clean.Use dry, non-adhesive, non-fluffy sterile dressing if blister bursts. Use OTC pain killers. Any signs of infection--increasing redness, pus, more swelling--see doctor for infection eval. Need tetanus shot
