Trust your Doc: They're likely Milia cysts: tiny sacs of skin cells full of Keratin, their normal product. Too aggressive exfoliations and SUN increase the chance of having them. Wash your face with a gentle exfoliant, and sunblock daily .Other spots are from the sweat glands and are benign as well, Others from cholesterol .If any spot bleeds or keeps growing, go back to the Doctor Always!
