no hormanal imbalance detected in lab findings,not pcos,no other signs and symptoms,just cystic acne on the lower half of the face, whats causin it?

Forget lab: Any birth control? Normal menses? This is genetics and hormones, often due to certain progesterones used for birth control. Spironolactone 100mg daily will usually control this. Allow several months for clearing. If not clear after at least 4 months, Isotretinoin orally will rescue you. Forget about finding a "cause".
