My heart rate is at 60-65bpm resting with a blood pressure at 155/80 is this normal for my heart rate to be so slow with a high blood pressure. i'm 20?

Yes: Could be possible if you're an athlete. It may be normal in some people.

High blood pressure: The resting heart rate is of little significance in this case. What is much more concerning is the blood pressure of 155/80. That is quite a bit too high and in a young person suggests that an evaluation for hypertension is indicated.
