Herbal remedies : I had to search this one on the internet. I found that "bladderwrack is a form of kelp that has been used medicinally for centuries. The main use of the herb has been for the stimulation of the thyroid gland as a treatment for obesity and cellulite. " never heard of it and doubt it works. Herbal remedies aren't regulated by fda, so they are poorly studied and understood in how and why they work.
