Melasma?: A centrofacial malar or mandibular distribution of muddy brown to Grey hyper pigmentation. Go to a Dermatologist for treatment options. The goal of the treatment is to fade the existing hyper pigmentation and prevent further pigmentation. There are many treatments available.
