Pain Is Stressful...: Then I am happy you have never been under much stress before, leading a quiet, healthy, peaceful life. Or at least let's hope so. Because stress can fool with your hormones & then filter down to the ovary level & delay ovulation. Not in everybody, but maybe in you. Sure, it could be a coincidence & something else is happening. If so, after two months see your doc. And don't forget a pregnancy test
