Abdominal pain: If you are having significant pain in your abdomen in the early phases of pregnancy, you should see your doctor. Until the pregnancy is confirmed to be in your uterus by exam or by ultrasound, the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy, which requires treatment, must be considered.
