Sinus symptoms: hello, yes this may well be due to symptoms of sinusitis, so for that STEAM inhalation (shower , netipot) decongestant and steroid nasal spray. However the other symptoms of tingling on scalp with upper face pain, this can be due to an early ZOSTER (shingles) Cranial nerve V div I. So if you break out in any blisters in that area please go see your doc ASAP thanks
