No risk, no worries: Chlamydia of the eye is extremely rare. But even if the toilet paper had come into such contact, there would be little or no risk of you catching it. Genital chlamydia is an STD, and they call such infections sexually transmitted for good reason: nobody ever gets them except by sex with an infected partner. Don't worry about it.
