Not related to HPV: Uterine cancer is cancer of the lining of the uterus (endometrium) or of the connective tissue (muscle). It is not related to hpv or human papilloma virus. Hpv is the main cause behind cervical cancer which is the dense fibrous tissue at the bottom or outlet of the uterus and is present in the vagina. This is screened for cancer by the pap test.
