Weight loss: I was going to congratulate you on your successful weight loss. If you were not trying to lose weight, and your medication has not changed lately, you might see your physician for a checkup. Illness, infection, diet or medications could cause changes in your weight.

Abnormal weight loss: Weight loss without any known reason does warrants investigation. I do notice the medication levothyroxine, make sure you are adequately treated. Depression sometimes could present like loss of appetite and weight loss, better to have it checked out
