could i infect my partner with chlamydia six days after single dose of azithromycin?

Probably not: Chlamydia probably becomes non-infectious for partners w'ithin a day or two of treatment with azithromycin. It is usually advised to wait a week, in order to give a large margin of safety, but 6 days should be safe. Of course if you had the same partner previously, you can assume he is infected already. Even if he had a negative test, he also needs treatment before you have sex again. Good luck!
