Carbs: If you exercise as avidly as you say you need to eat more carbohydrates to give you the added energy you will burn with your exercise. Fat takes to long and to hard for the body to break down

Varies : There is not actually a benefit to eating fat that you actually " need" to eat a certain amount of fat. Most diets will recommend reducing the amount of fat eaten. Ultimately, if you burn more calories than you take in you will lose weight and this should also involve taking in adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals. After that, you are good to go.
