Look for infection: With diarrhea and headaches, it was a good idea to see your doctor. S/he would test for infections that can be treated. If symptoms are not improving, please go back for a recheck. Inflammation in the blood is often a sign your body is fighting the problem. Best wishes.

Repeat the test: Sometimes it takes up to a weeks for the urine test to turn +. If you feel pregnant and continue to have a negative urine test i suggest that you have the more definitive blood test.

Probably normal: If you do not have pain and no fever then this may be normal. All of our tongues have bumps on the back of them and just maybe you never noticed them. The tonsils can collect debris and dead cells that slough off and these can collect as small white plugs in the tonsil itself. If there is no pain it is unlikely that you have an infection.

The flu?: The symptoms indicate your body is fighting off some nasty infection. Serious and treatable infections need to be excluded. If none found, most likely it is viral flu.
