See her pediatrician: The right answer is she should see her pediatrician to make sure she's growing & developing appropriately. But this sounds like not enough. First, she needs formula instead of milk until she's about 1 year-old. Second, I'd recommend a wider variety of fruits & veggies. Also, introduce new foods slowly & in small amounts. This is a good guide to when, what, how much, etc: http://bit.ly/1AnPTt6
