AAA: It is very unlikely to have an abdominal aortic aneurysm at age 16 unless you have Marfans syndrome. A good history and physical is recommended

Stop worrying: You are just feeling the pulsation of your abdominal aorta. Abdominal aortic aneurysms are rare in women under age 55 y/o and are 6 times more common in men than women. Particularly in smokers. In one population study of 6386 people there were NO abdominal aortic aneurysms under the age of 48 years old.
