It's been 10 days since my wisdom teeth extraction but my right lower extraction site doesn't seem to be healing like the rest of the sites. i can see some white tissue forming on the left lower extraction site but the right side of my face is still a lit

Wisdom teeth: The lower extraction site often take longer to heal because there may have more bone removal. At any rate, you should have returned to the surgeon for a post-op exam. If you have any problems or questions, call your surgeon.

If: If we were machines our right side would be exactly like our left side. Do not expect absolutely identical mirror image reactions. You are overdue for your post-surgical reexamination. Return to Oral Surgeon for another look, especially if there is soreness, bleeding, or foul taste.
