which type of energy booster can women that are breastfeeding take?

Dr. Debra Tang

Nursing and energy: You should take your prenatal vitamins, eat a balanced diet, drink lots of water, find some time to exercise and sleep at least 8 hours a day. That combination should be the best energy booster. Good luck!
