Need more info: If you want to lose weight in a healthy way, you should see your family physician for a physical. Then have the physician refer you to a dietitian. It's a waste of your money to try to lose weight on your own with an OTC preparation. Losing weight is serious business and you need accurate and safe advice to do it without harming your health. Don't believe the claims of a lot of OTC "medications".
