Could it be that you: worry, are scared about, the effects on your health & life of foods which you believe are unhealthy? This would make sense because the autonomic response to ↑ rate & strength of heart contraction=the usual response to feelings of fear (also anger, pain & exercise; which I gather you're not doing after eating junk food). Otherwise no clear connection between unhealthy/healthy foods & issues exist.

Herpes: I do not believe so. The virus would need a open sore, crack or cut to enter the body. Could a herpes virus live on food and then brush over a open sore on someone else say for instance sharing a bite on a utensil? Yes , i believe it could be transferred.

Can exercise clear out heart inflamation?

Dr. Bac Nguyen

Cardio conditioning: There are many causes of cardiac inflammation--infections, drug/chemo, radiation effects, excess alcohol, rheumatologic diseases, uncontrolled diabetes etc..While exercise itself does not get rid of inflammation in the heart, it may improve heart function and general health. It can help lower cholesterol/sugar, blood pressure and thus better heart-health. Other diseases must be treated. Good luck.
