ever so often i will have severe pain and swelling on the inside part of my right knee. and usually occurs after a bowel movement or somethin strenous?

After a bowel: movement???? Could you be HYPERFLEXING your knees when you sit and strain??? Sounds to me like you need that knee checked out for MENISCEAL (inner cartilage) issues!!!! Am MRI will most likely be needed! Start with your PCP who may wish to refer you to a Board Certified Orthopedic surgeon! Hope this helps! Dr Z
