My knee feels tight when i bend it but it doesnt hurt its just stiff and uncomfortable for the past few days i was told to use heat and take aleve (naproxen) but?

If the knee feels: "tight" on flexion, then it probably has increased fluid in it (effusion) from whatever condition or situation that caused the injury or inflammation to occur. Heat or cold helps, depending on the original insult, and Aleve (naproxen) is an anti-inflammatory like Motrin or Acetaminophen. Make sure you followup with your doctor closely to find out the next step in management.
