Carpal tunnel: This is a fairly specific group of symptoms characterized by wrist pain ,worse at night , numb thumb ,index finger, long finger.. It is usually a result of repetitive use of your fingers ,hands and wrist. But can be produced by a one time wrist injury. You need to be evaluated as their are other causes which need to be considered.
