A number of things : May be in breast, but more likely in ribs, or lungs, with limited info. If isolated event(not every month), and not short of breath, no fever, would consider NSAID like ibuprofen and watch till after cycle. You may have pulled muscle, bruised rib, and small chance, air around lung, (spontaneous pneumothorax). How bad you feel or other symptoms may make further eval necc.)
