Narcissistic Persona: Please reflect upon: Exaggerating talents and achievements Preoccupied with fantasies of beauty, power and unlimited success Grandiosity in fantasy or behavior Needing lot of admiration Unwilling to be in tune with feelings and needs of others It is not likely that you developed Narcissist personality disorder due to your parent’s Personality disorder See Psychiatrist for Diagnosis and stressors
Dr. Steven Griggs

It's much more likely you will develop the tendency to enable, rescue and generally take care of others in order to get your needs met. This is because with narcissistic parents, you will not get your needs met until you first meet theirs. Self-Esteem will likey take a big hit with NPD parents. Read a book titled: Will I Ever Be Good Enough.
