i have right side pain in upper abdomen going into back lots of gas and my bili test for liver is1.8 i had gallbladder removed 2014&burning pain rib?

Biliary stones.: Since you have had your gallbladder removed, you are less likely to have biliary disease due to gallstones, however that does not discount the possibility. Your elevated bills do point to a possible early obstruction. I would suggest that you have an ultrasound of the biliary tree or MRCP. If you have been having any fever/chills, Nausea/vomiting you should go immediately to the ER.
