got surgery for accessory navicular(kidner) how long till i can walk and work out. been 2 weeks in cast and i feel no pain, is that good?

Talk to surgeon: but in general, it takes the tissue 6 weeks to heal optimally. However if you are in a cast, it will likely be ok to walk with your surgeon's approval.
