No specific rules: There are no set rules on how many c sections someone can have. Each c section adds risk and the more you have the more risk. The more important issue to address with your doctor is your previous stillbirth. Discuss the details of that with your doctor so that a safe prenatal plan can be in place to optimize your chances with this pregnancy

Good Training!: C/Sections are very safe. Even if you've had several prior c/sections, the surgery is still very safe. Your Ob/Gyn has been well trained for this surgery and knows what to do. Since you have had a previous still-birth, your Ob will want to keep a very close watch on your baby this time. You may need to to come in for testing twice a week during the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy. Best wishes
