i sneezed this morning, and while i was sneezing my chest started to hurt. i don't have problems breathing that i know of, but i haven't sneezed since?

You probably just: pulled a muscle when you sneezed. If you aren't having any other symptoms I wouldn't worry. Take tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil if it persists.
