Within the last 1.5 yrs i severely sprained my ankle that previously had an evans repair. it is extremely unstable again. what are my options?

Ankle instability : Lots of options for ankle instability. There are more aggressive ankle stabilization surgeries if you choose to redo it. Bracing is always an option of course, physical therapy for strengthening. In my opinion you should seek repair with some Ossetia or bony component/ tendon transfer or ligament reconstruction. With severe instability a fusion is a last resort as well. Good luck.
