Ultrasound at this: early stage can miss a pregnancy, but your symptoms do not suggest pregnancy. You may have an infection that has triggered your period, or you may have some disturbance in your hormonal cycle that could be affected by various factors such as weather, weight change, nutrition, exercise, illness, stress or strenuous activity, or emotional distress. If this continues see a healthcare provider.
