i randomly get stabbing pain in my right side chest and no matter what i do (move or breathing slower ) nothing works ?

Could be many things: but likely given your age, its musculoskeletal type of pain. try advil/ motrin if pain persists for > 6 weeks, consult doctor and obtain imaging, i.e. Chest x ray or CT chest.
