Burning itchy bumps: It could be allergic reaction, inflammation if you smoke, or a host of other medical conditions. See a General Dentist or Oral Surgeon for a one on one medical\dental history and personal clinical exam for a proper diagnosis.

"Pizza Palate": Pizza and other hot foods or liquids (coffee) also can burn the roof of your mouth. If the burning itchy sensation persist beyond one week, call your dentist for evaluation.

Smoking kills: Babies in households with a smoker have a higher rate of sudden infant death syndrome, even if no one smokes inside the house. Your husband needs to stop smoking.

Anti-itch remedies: Moisturize with a non-perfumed product-good examples are cetaphil, vaseline, lubriderm. Shower with lukewarm water. Avoid allergens from clothing/foods/cosmetics/laundry products. Topically, use 1% Hydrocortisone ointment and orally use 25 mg Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at bedtime. If symptoms do not resolve, then you may need prescription topical meds and your physician needs to rule out other underlying disorders.

I have a small hemeroid on the inner part of my anus. It does not itch or hurt. I noticed while wiping. Is there any suggestions to a fix?

No need.: Hemorroid won't need fixed until it's getting in the way of your bowel movements and/or hanging around down there and causing pain. Then see someone about fixing the hemorrhoid, but until then, ignore it.
