Both very tough: You must see the Oral Medicine specialist. This Dentist has completed years of training to become a specialist for just your kind of problems. In a nutshell, burning mouth remains in mouth. Trigeminal neuralgia (tic deleroux) can be many places including and most often extraorally. You might have both. See the expert. Good Luck.
