Pregnancy test/STD: I suggest a pregnancy test and screening for STD, especially if unprotected. I would suggest that it is time to get on BC pills and until you finish your first pack, use condoms PLUS spermicidal foam, jelly, sponges or vaginal suppositories. No question: unprotected intercourse will eventually lead to pregnancy. Call GYN for exam.

Infection? STD?: Any new, unexplained, or abnormal vaginal discharge needs professional evaluation. Colored discharge (yellow, green, brownish) often means infection, including STDs (e.g. gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas). There are possible non-infection causes as well. See your doctor ASAP, or maybe a Planned Parenthood or health department STD clinic if at risk (new or unsafe partner, etc). Good luck!
