I was prescibed 25mg amitriptyline at bedtime. Reason: migraine preventative Question: how dangerous would it be if I took this a month+And just quit?

No real danger: You are taking virtually a homeopathic dose, as significant doses are far higher, such as >150 mg daily. You could stop tomorrow and have no withdrawal. But confer with your doctor as he/she needs to know of your intentions.
