Went to donate plasma today but my heartrate was 118 sat for ten minutes it stayed same I don't drink any carbonated drinks and wasn't doing any exer.

Common: The problem with the heart rate can be due to slight anxiousness about the procedure or what is involved. Also you do not drink any caffeine like coffee or cappuccino as this can cause the heart to be slightly tachycardia or rapid rate. Usually is nothing bad and if no other symptoms would just watch.
