Low risk: The success of ocps are dependent on taking pills on a daily basis. If you miss pills, you can ovulate and have an unintended pregnancy. If you missed one pill, it may not necessarily result in pregnancy. But be cautious or change to a different form of birth control.
If you miss your period, do a home pregnancy test for further info.
