It's not possible: for a measurement of any substance to be BELOW zero, so let's assume just that they are below normal. While there are many causes of elevated catecholamines, very few conditions cause low levels. Your doctor first needs to determine if the TESTS are accurate. For example, some medications and alkaline urine can interfere with these tests, causing misleading results. I hope this info helps.
