i have sciatica and fibromagylia, l5 scrazilaztion and fusion. i just did a set of squats and my lower back and the back of thigh hurt so bad. why?

SIJ ?: 31y female post-fusion L-5 has Fibromyalgia, low back pain & sciatica. lumbar fusion ablates lower spine spring action, causing greater force on sacroiliac joint, SIJ; stretching & loosening SIJ ligaments; evoking SIJ subluxation; tugging & impinging overlying nerves that conjoin as sciatic nerve. Hopefully, SIJ subluxation was not etiologic of pain that necessitated operation. See comments:
