Weight of 209 lbs at age 18 has many health risks.
Focus on your achievements, not on personal appearance.
See your Physician for Balanced Diet with protein, carbohydrates, less Fat, Minerals, Vitamins starting at 1500 Cal/day;
Exercise, increase pace and duration.

See below: Yes you are obese. You are not likely to have loose skin as you are young and have not lost the skin elasticity that happens with age. It would be prudent to consult your doctor before embarking on any drastic measures to lose weight.

Weight loss: You may be obese (I don't know if you have lots of muscle). You may develop sagging skin with weight loss. However, at age 18 your skin should still have elasticity and if you are physically active - it may minimize loose skin.
