Successful treatment: A non-union fracture needs to be fully understood for the best surgical outcome. It is helpful to know if this is a vascular or non vascular non-union as it can change the surgical approach. Overall the surgery is very successfull unless you are a smoker.

I would be curious: To know what treatment was already tried and by what means was the diagnosis made? Stress features usually heal without complication.
