Dehydration: Call your doctor for advice. However, it sounds like you are getting dehydrated. Monitor your pulse( remains high) and urine output (low or absent) as well as tolerance to liquids. If you are not able to drink fluids to keep yourself hydrated, you might benefit from an Urgent care or er visit for it hydration. If you develop fever, then call your doctor right away or go to the er.
